Terms of Service

The Service is provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (registration/tax number [REGISTRATION / TAX NUMBER]). You can reach us at support@managic.app.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial that requires no payment card. After the trial you must subscribe to a paid plan to keep using paid features. The current plan is a single tier priced at $9 per month or $90 per year, including all modules; prices may change with notice.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Card details are handled by the provider and never stored on Managic servers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and your data remains available in a read-only state as described below. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• •use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• •upload or store content you do not have the right to store, or that infringes the rights of others;
• •attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ data, or our systems;
• •probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• •resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service as your own.

You retain all rights to the data you put into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your workspace members.

You can export Your Content at any time. We do not sell Your Content and we do not use it to train third-party AI models. AI features are opt-in per module; when enabled, the relevant content is sent to our AI provider only to generate the suggestions you requested. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change, or remove features, and may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, or where required to protect the Service or other users. If we terminate your account without cause, we will make Your Content available for export for a reasonable period.

When a subscription lapses, your workspace enters a read-only state — you can still view and export your data, but paid features that create or modify data are disabled. We never delete your data as a consequence of a lapsed subscription alone.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Managic is a productivity and record-keeping tool and does not provide financial, tax, legal, or professional advice; you are responsible for decisions you make using it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you (for example by email or in-app) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@managic.app.
